Fantastic Budget Scope

This is the best value in budget 50mhz 4 channel scopes right now. I choose the GDS-1054B over its close rivals for the individual channel controls and the cases larger size. Very attractive unit. Now that Instek has common protocol decoding (I2C, SPI, RS-232) included like its closest competitor its a clear winner. Display is bright and sharp, controls are quick and responsive. Performance wise its a great basic scope with easy to use controls. Only minor con is the Openwave remote software is rather dated. While the included binary runs fine on Windows 7/10 the Python based application is built around ancient components and will not run on a modern Linux system. Looking to fix that in the future.
