Weller WR2000ER Rework Station Kit: WR2 Rework Unit

Meh

2.0

Whoever is at weller designing the user interface needs to retire. This machine is expensive, and the most frustrating tool i have ever used. Irons go to sleep when not in use wich is great, but getting them to turn on requires finger gymnastics, briefly pressing both up and down arrows. my WXP set at home is barely better. i should be able to wake the iron be either shaking, or by a single press of a button. I should be able to sleep individual tools as well. Time to kick the old fossil designer out and replace with someone younger. the cheap china irons with little oled screens are far more user friendly than this "professional" stuff
