I purchased the MM520 to replace a 30 year old Craftsman DMM that was getting long in the tooth. The meter has functioned well and measures parameters (cap., freq., etc.) the old Craftsman could not. For me at least, the operation was not intuitive based on my prior experience with the Craftsman. So, I needed to rely upon the supplied users manual which unfortunately is very poorly written. If I had to guess it is a bad machine translation from the original Chinese. Otherwise I would have given it a five star rating. After a few days of playing with the unit testing various voltages, components, etc. I believe I've figured out the operation quite well though.
