nice, but square waves only to around 60 MHz

This is a pretty affordable option if you need to generate sine waves to 240 MHz, but don't expect miracles for other waveforms. The datasheet touts square wave output to 100 MHz, but with 5 ns rise and fall times at 5 Vp-p, everything above 50 MHz is essentially a sine. At 2 Vp-p, you maybe get another 10 MHz or so.
