TPI A401 Charger Adapter

I have ordered the TPI A401 several times in quantity, and each time the label on the trans former, and/or the cable diameter is different size, and is not representative of the photo(s) shown in the listing. As far as the unit working, I test each one, w/o load, and they are right on at 16.45VDC. The 500mA is a nice feature, but the transformer unit does not stop charging when battery pack is charged, and there is no indicator light however.
