Inaccurate. Misleading specifications

I bought this device not because of it's price, but because of it's temperature range. Unfortunately, the operating range is not -20 to 80°C mentioned in the specifications, but only 0-40°C (for airflow according to distributor).
I was fortunate enough to have two additional devices to compare with, and when I tried it measurements were 80% off. Tequipment told me I had to send it to repair before they could do anything. I sent it in for repair, and received another one back that was 50% off.
Measurement tip is kinda thick, 12mm hole into airflow is needed.
