Didn't work but was rectified quickly

When the multimeter arrived, the resistance auto ranging function didn't work. It would alternate between "OFL" and "00.00" erratically. I contacted TPI directly thinking I was doing something wrong. They confirmed it was a problem with the meter and immediately put a new one in the mail. I had a new meter to my door in 2 days with a return label for return of the other meter. The new meter works great. Impressive service from TPI!
