We purchased two of these systems back in May. They work alright for the most part, but the software is a little buggy (crashes a lot, even though we installed them on clean, brand new systems with no other software installed except for Jump Desktop for remote access). Temperature readings are a degree or two lower than actual temperatures, which is relatively ok, but we get a lot of false high temperature readings, usually in the afternoon, but sometimes in the morning as well. Tech support is slow to respond, and usually exacerbates the slow response by only corresponding through email, and usually asking questions that don't really help move things along. In retrospect, I probably would have purchased a Fotric system.
