I like my vswr bridge. Originally I had built one for my SA but then when i upgraded to a Rigol dsa-815tg I needed a software license to use this feature. It certainly works better than the one I had made before. The storage case that comes with it is nice bonus as well. It has pouches for the license and manual plus storage for an adapter or two. I used it to calibrate a set of homemade 50mhz duplexers and it worked great. the short length of the connections helps a lot with accounting for losses. I highly recommend this for your VSWR needs.

I received my VB1032 VSWR Bridge recently. Of course, you know as soon as i opened the box, I had to hook it up and test it. You guys have made things so easy!! I like the fact that the unit doesn't require any additonal cables. It does a fantastic job on tuning duplexers and filters! Thank YOU!! I have since gone over ALL of my repeater duplexers and Filters and have improved on the performance of these machines as well as the local fire departments repeater. After purchasing the Rigol DSA815-TG, I decided in order to get the most out my purchase, and make use of the embedded features, I needed to invest in this handy tool. As a Ham (WH6PD) and multiple repeater Owner, I do a lot of Antenna and Duplexer Maintenance. The VB1032 gives me one more view of these devices that ensure the best match possible. This unit was easy to install and with the Menu in the DSA815 TG makes it very user friendly. It was worth the Money!

I like this Rigol VSWR bridge. It seems to be very well constructed and using double male N connectors to eliminate additional cabling is a very nice feature. The unit with N connectors comes in a very nice case for easy storage. The included software installed on my DSA815-TG with no problems and it is a very useful addition when making measurements. My first test was on a VHF/UHF antenna and the graphical display of the analyzer was very nice. It helped to get a quick overview of the frequency response of the antenna with the supporting VSWR measurements. I am happy with my purchase.

I put off ordering this for a long time thinking I could go the cheap route with directional couplers. Cables and directional couplers are a bad solution compared to this. Now the "extra" cables and connectors with "who-knows-what" frequency responses have been eliminated.
