1 Hz bandwidth update doesn't apply to the VNA

I purchased the Rigol RSA3015N mainly for the VNA . It was unusable at frequencies below 10 MHz and hardly usable below 30 MHz due to noise. I purchased the RSA3000-BW1 to upgrade the bandwidth to 1 HZ, but it doesn't lower the VNA bandwidth.
