I bought two of these for measuring PWM output voltages on some high current equipment. The voltage drops in long cables made grounded probes unusable. These differential probes allow me to get clean readings on a standard grounded oscilloscope. I have not needed the high frequency capability yet, but on a square wave, the signal has no noticeable distortion.
