Rigol DS4012 comes with Rigol's UltraVision Technology, allowing for higher waveform capture rates of up to 110,000 wfms/s, real time waveform record and replay functionality, and multi-level intensity grading display, as well as a 9 inch SVGA, 256 level intensity grading display, a lower noise floor with a minimum vertical sensitivity of 1mV/div, and a variety of trigger functions.

Tektronix MDO3012 has 33 automated measurements and waveform histograms for simplified waveform analysis.
