Been using now for about 3 months and no problems so far. I use this to remove smd packages and to shrink heat-shrink tubing. Wand hanger can be adhered to either side of device for comfort. Dial sensitivity is appropriate and easy to adjust to desired temperate. Overall a great piece of equipment, glad I grabbed it.
