First meter we purchased arrived with a defective PH sensor. I Called TEquipment, explained the problem stating that the technical staff at Myron had walked through the troubleshooting process over the phone and the PH sensor was defective as it would not let the meter calibrate to the buffer solutions. Their assistant took my info and I received a Return Authorization with a UPS label in my email the next day. I returned the meter, they replied with a credit to may account and gave me the option to get a refund. I still needed the meter so I asked them to just send me another one which arrived a few days later. The whole process took about three weeks, but it was worth it to have this level of test equipment. It was a bummer to have a defective meter to begin with, but the folks at TEquipment made the experience painless and easy. They were fast, professional, and everyone I talked to made me feel like I was their only customer. We are doing great with the new meter and it is not the only device we have purchased from them and I assure you it not be our last. This is the company we found when we came looking for dependability and service. You're in good hands with these guys.
