Mitutoyo U-Wave Bluetooth
The U-WAVE Bluetooth transmitter utilizes Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy Wireless Technology. Measurement data from SPC Output enabled Calipers and Micrometers can be sent directly to a PC with Bluetooth, a tablet or a smartphone. No receiver is required (no setup software or drivers required). The U-Wave Bluetooth features the same low profile and ergonomic benefits of the U-Wave Fit. The U-Wave Bluetooth is available as an IP67 type with dustproof and waterproof protection and a Buzzer type with audible/visual data reception indicators.
The U-Wave Bluetooth transmitter improves efficiency by allowing the input of measurement data with the push of a button (data switch), thus eliminating the time and errors of manual recording. With the electronic collection of data, it can be stored in one location, centralizing your data collection, which is vital for preventive management of defectives. The U-Wave Bluetooth can be used with existing Mitutoyo instruments with SPC Output to decrease the cost of data management. Also, the measurement data can be sent to a smartphone or tablet allowing flexibility on where data can be collected.
