When my order arrived, a crucial piece was missing. I contacted TEquipment Customer Service, and sent pictures of what I had actually received and of what was missing. They contacted the manufacturer and, though the item was back ordered, necessitating a wait of a few weeks, followed through to make sure the manufacturer sent me the item I needed when they promised they would. I don't think TEquipment could have handled the situation any better!
