Hi, great customer service, easy to work with. Our first oven arrived non-functioning, but it was replaced very quickly with the good one. So 4 stars for dealing with the problem quickly and conclusively. I'd give 5 stars overall, but the first oven did come in broken, so I'll settle for 4.
