The EDUX1052 is an excellent low-end oscilloscope that includes many high-end features. For one, the noise floor is remarkably low for such an inexpensive instrument, and this feature becomes abundantly clear when looking at the digital data. The ‘scope also has network printing, so screenshots can be easily printed to a classroom printer. Overall, we have found these ‘scopes to be simple to use and quite reliable. The built-in function generator is nice to have, but it comes with a steep price bump. The EDUX1052A (with no function generator) is a better value.
