FLUKE T6-600
1.0
PLEASE READ: We ordered this item from this company, and it arrived outside of its original manufacturer box and loose in the shipping box. My error was that I didn't notify the company about this right away and send it back! The item is defective in regards to the Field Sense Ttechnology and verbally backed up by the FLUKE tech support when we contacted them. We did send it back in the less than 30 day time frame and I have been notified that we still have a 15% restocking fee that will be applied to our return of funds. It's normally 25%! I'm very fortunate that this faulty product did not end up getting my son hurt in any way on the job!!! My son and his boss watched a video to understand how to use the product first prior to using it out in the field. We were told that the 15% restocking fee is due to my son discarding the manufacturers package. My son never had one thought about it being defective, besides the fact the manufactures package was damaged on delivery! Our only other alternative is to receive a replacement which at this point in time I'm not sure where to cut my loss. Here is my opinion and my opinion only..... When a company can't back you up 100% for a refund on a defective product this equals financial troubles on their end.Tequipment Response: Thank you for your feedback. There can be a restocking fee if an item is returned without the box. We will forward your review to our returns department for review. Again thank you for your feedback.
