Used this to track down where a myriad of 75 ohm coax cables were going throughout a two story house with attic and basement. Worked quite well once I figured out to attach one test lead to the coax wire, and other test lead to its shielding. For very short runs, it may have worked w/o attaching the shield lead, but makes the signal much stronger when attached.
