I have the same model sold under the Craftsman name (model 82003). It is NOT "Heavy Duty". I've had it for many years and went to use it this weekend and the selector knob was loose and would not change modes. It had snapped off where the C-clip that holds the knob to the front face cracked. It is worthless with a broken selector switch. I have sent an inquiry to Extech to see if a new knob can be purchased. No response from Extech after 4 days.
