It's a bit pricey, but this is probably my favourite flux for soldering SAC305. Very effective with a nice smell, and easy to apply and clean up. And of course, it's ideal for use with Chip Quik SMD291NL solder paste. I had a pot of paste that had dried out a bit, and rejuvenated it with by mixing a bit of this flux into it.
