Was glad to find these here at a good price. The educational discount helps a lot- thank you! The item arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. Keep your Fyrite in tune with the right calibration solutions- and remember to store the analyzers vertically! (don't lay case on its side (unless analyzers are empty) to prevent gasket degradation! Read the manual! LOL) As a repair person for laboratory equipment, I recommend purchasing these solutions in order to ensure that your calibrations are accurate. If you/your group is running a CO2 incubator (ThermoForma, FischerScientific, etc.) - be sure to get a Fyrite CO2 analyzer and the CO2 solutions. (Also get the Fyrite O2 analyzer/Fyrite O2 solutions if your lab work requires O2 monitoring, too). Yes, there are digital analyzers (that cost quite a bit)- but the classic Fyrite analyzers are simple and they work. Calibration solutions like these are REQUIRED, though- am glad that this vendor provides them at a great price with proper shipping in a timely way!
