Probe works very well for measuring HV sources. I use it for working with microwave oven transformers and analog TV flyback transformers. It compares favorably with the Fluke model if you are working with DC or line frequency AC. It is half the cost, with higher max voltage (20KV vs 6KV). It is less accurate than the Fluke (3% vs 1%), and only rated to 60Hz vs 1KHz, but this is a non-issue in my application. I would buy one again.
