The Rigol MSO5354 was well priced and the service to get it out to us was excellent. They worked to get it shipped and to us as required. Very good customer support. The Rigol is about what you would expect in this price range. It is not top of the line but adequate for our needs - good value for money. TEquipment is very good and we will work with them again.

Works fine. Seems a bit lightly made. One improvement would be to include a few extra pico-probes. They are delicate and will probably have some failures with time/use.

From the limited testing I have done, this probe seems to be fairly good quality, but in I think it's a little over-priced for what you get, unless you purchase it in the bundle with the oscilloscope.

I upgraded from a buggy Hantek MPO6104D oscilloscope to this Rigol MSO5354. I couldn't be happier with this product. All of the functionality is intuitive and easy to use. The features work right out of the box. Licensing is a little different, but if you follow the directions it's doable. The logic analyzer add-on provides an additional 16 digital channels and the decode options are great for seeing your data immediately. I would highly recommend this scope as a feature-packed option for the sub-$4k price range (with options).
