This review is for the Platt 802 Blow Molded Case, but it's really about all the cases Platt makes. There is such a large number of sizes available, and with customizable foam, you can find a Platt case for practically anything you need to carry and protect. My son-in-law said, "Oh, yeah - I use those for guns," to which I responded, "But they're marketed for tools, and I use them for musical equipment." Specifically, I bought a small Yamaha 12-channel mixer and didn't want to put it in a rack. The Platt 802 fit the bill perfectly. I've bought several for other pieces of gear as well. It's the perfect solution!
