The TA301 is a high-bandwidth, high-current probe fitted with a D9 connector specifically designed to work with the PicoScope 4444 differential oscilloscope. The probe is automatically sensed by the PicoScope 4444 oscilloscope and features two current ranges: 200 A and 2000 A, AC or DC. The range is selected in the PicoScope 6 software, which also sets the probe range and vertical axis scaling.

dual range, ultra slim
5.0
This current probe has a 9 pin plug, enabling it to get power from the Picoscope 4444 rather than using a battery. Very nice. The 9 pin plug also enables the Picoscope to identify it and configure it automatically, as soon as I plug it in. It is a slim design so it can get into tight corners a lot better. I especially chose it because it has dual ranges. The higher range is ideal for load-testing starting motors, and the lower range is ideal for testing alternators, so it is perfect for my business.
