This test stand is well-built and has good precision and resolution. It is easy to control with the handwheel, which is mounted low and in a fixed location (unlike some other models). The base provides a lot of fixturing options. It comes with various hardware for different test set-ups, too. Costs more than some of the others, but worth it.
