I've had Fieldpiece manometers in the past, but this one has the addition of a pump to check pressure switches. I had a pressure switch in my service van that I suspected was bad but didn't want to toss it until I knew for sure. I used this to test it and found out I was right. I wouldn't to recommend this tester. In fact I've already showed it to most of my workmates.

This meter has at the very least lightened the load in my bag. My UEI monometer had failed to this has obviously replaced that. This meter it very easy to use and inspires confidence to the customers looking over your shoulder the entire service call. This multipurpose tester is another great meter fro Fieldpiece. It does everything it says, and does a great job of combining 2 separate testers into one. The SDMN6 is a great manometer for testing gas pressure, static pressure, and measuring vacuum for pressure switches. It also does a good job of creating its own vacuum for testing the accuracy of pressure switches to make sure they are up to spec, and not leaking. I would recommend this multi purpose tester to any technician or installer in the HVACR, Plumbing, and appliance repair fields.
