The HOBO SD-TEMP-SS-06 is a self-describing food-grade stainless-steel temperature sensor for use with the HOBO MX1104 and MX1105 Multi-Channel Data Loggers. Integrated strain relief ensures the probe is secured to the logger. The SD-TEMP-SS-06 features self-describing technology to automatically communicate configuration information to the logger without any programming or extensive user setup.
