Good companion for logging multimeter

I got this clamp mainly as a companion to my logging multimeter. The unit feels solid and well made. The cable has good strain relief. The unit is labeled as made in the EU. Removing the battery cover required some gentle prying on the top corner farthest away from the battery door screw. The battery door screw is captive to the cover and there is a corresponding metal insert on the unit. On the inside of the battery compartment the is a sticker with the serial number, there is also one in the back of the unit. It seems that this unit is available under another brand but those were more expensive. This was the best deal I could find on this type of current clamp.
