Intended use was for low-power design -- this is not the meter for that.
Ammeter has 14mV / mA burden voltage on 20mA range, that's a 280mV drop at full scale.
Meter's "power" calculation is affected when volt meter null feature is used.
Secondary measurement (DCI) does not auto scale. When it overflows it also blanks primary display too (leaving you completely deaf, dumb, and blind). It takes several button pushes to manually scale the secondary measurement, but doing so disables auto scale on the primary measurement... (but you can manually re-enable it.)
Secondary measurement options are very limited -- e.g., would would like to see absolute V and delta-V (from ref) at the same time -- not an option. Same for differential current, power, etc.
Auto-ranging ohm meter "hunts" for some semiconductor junctions (I tried using the ohmmeter to check diode polarity, meter kept flip-flopping between ranges displaying "OVERLOAD" and "----")
IMO, this is not an $800 meter -- better firmware might fix most of these problems, though.
