It works nicely but the O.D. is larger than the old one so the sleeve that holds the tip in place does not fit any more.

Just a bit larger diameter

I was glad to find a replacement for the older style heater, however, this one, even though genuine, was a touch larger diameter and would not fit in my existing barrel nut assy. Looks like http://www.tequipment.net/WellerBA60.html might solve my problem. A touch dissapointed and I have replaced these before and never had this problem.
