Transmation PD4120 Isolated Module for 1091 Calibrator

Diaphragm Isolated Pressure Transducer Modules are designed to be used with a Model 1090 or 1091 Pressure FlexiTESTER for wetted media pressure loop maintainenece. The modules aacept any fluid or gas compatible with 316 Stainless Steel and flourocarbon rubber.

Each module is computer-corrected and electronically compensated to permit full compatibility of any module with any 1090 or 1091. Calibrated accuracy of each 1090/1091-module combination is ±0.01% of full scale.

The small, lightweight, quick-connect modules install on top of the calibrator in seconds. They are secured by two quarter-turn captive screws and a keyed, gold-plated connector.

Present module offering cover pressure spans from 16.000 to 50000 psig. Values are displayed in engineering units of your choice: psig, inches or millimeters of water, kil Pascals, Bar, or kilograms force/cm². This eliminates any need for time-consuming calculations and the potential errors involved in performing them.

Modules are available insingle scale and switch-selectable dual scale versions. A pushbutton on top of the module is used to automatically zero the unit to atmospheric pressure, ensuring accurate measurements.

These modules are Fm approved as nonincendive in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, & D hazardous locations when used with a 1090. Approval of the 1091 is pending.
