High Performance 4-Channel Digital Oscilloscope

The RIGOL DS1064B from the DS1000B series digital oscilloscope features 4 analog input channels, 2 GSa/s real time sample rate, 64 MHz bandwidth and much more to simplify your system design and test.

The State-of-art Custom AFE Design

Utilizing the state-of-art ASIC technology, RIGOL’s proprietary in-house design AFE replaces traditional mechanical relays to eliminate acoustical noise, achieve higher performance and reliability.

Ultrascope Software

With supplied Ultrascope Software, you can set up the communication between the DS1000B series and PC’s easily. The software supports screen capture, waveforms and setups storage and remote control.

Powerful Triggering

DS1000B series offers powerful triggering; with Edge, Pulse Width, Video, Slope, Alternate, Pattern triggering, and adjustable triggering sensitivity, you will never miss a test signal in question.

LED backlight Display

5.7” QVGA (320X240) 64 K TFT color display uses the latest LED backlight technology, which gives you the best viewing experience, yet consumes less power and lasts a longer lifespan.

Versatile Connectivity
