  Description

The Optio 232-R is a bidirectional plastic optical fiber repeater (POF). It is powered from a 9VDC power supply, and can extend serial data runs over an additional 100 meters. It connects to bare 1000um plastic fiberopitc cable and can transfer data up to 115.2kbaud

The Optio-232-R provides total electrical isolation and noise immunity for serial devices.

Each Optio-232-R includes one repeater and a 9Vdc transformer for power.
