The Wavetester WaveSource 850/1300 Test Kit contains all ofthe
tools necessary to test and certify all of your fiber optic links.
The WaveTester optical power meter is both multimode and singlemode ready.
The values of up to 200 fiber runs can be stored in order to measure optical loss.
These measurements can be downloaded onto a computer via a serial port,and reports
can be generated using the OWL Reporter software (included).
The WaveSource 850/1300 is a multimode light source. It's dual wavelength
outputs (850 and 1300) are temperature stabilized for accurate measurement. Two connector
options are available: ST and SC.
Both of these units fit into the sturdy carrying case (included), and each unit comes with
a rubber boot to further protect it from everyday use and abuse. These boots also come with loops
and a lanyard, which can be used to hang the unit while in use.
