Fiber OWL FTTH test kit - The Fiber OWL FTTH test kit includes both the Fiber OWL 4 optical power meter and the WaveSource FTTH, which contain 1310, 1490, and 1550 nm, the wavelengths specified for use in the ITU G.983.3 FTTH standard.
The Fiber OWL FTTH test kit is used for optical loss measurement loss and certification of Class A, B, and C FTTH networks, with the convenience of showing PASS or FAIL results right on the power meter display while testing in the field.
Data is stored in the meter for later download to a PC, where test results can be printed using
