The LPM-8000 Laser Power Meter provides a quick. Convenient method of verifying and accurately adjusting the output power level of laser devices such as those found in compact disc and video disc players. Two wavelength and three power measuring ranges are available on the meter giving this instrument the versatility to be used in servicing the equipment of many laser disc manufacturers. Consisting of a main body and a separate sensor connected by a cable, the LPM-8000 boasts small size and light weight for portability. It is a time and cost-saving device since problems in the laser section of the players may be instantly located. Other applications include measuring output power of Helium Neon (HeNe) lasers typically used in the alignment of optical equipment. |
