The LE 9139 Jitter Checker provides a real-time reading of 3T jitter in the EFM signal output of CD-ROM, MD and DVD players. Real time readings make it possible to perform adjustments to null jitter during fabrication, QC and service operations. Jitter readings are Sigma weighted and can be made over a very wide range of signal levels through the use of 10:1 and 1:1 probes. An LED INPUT MONITOR shows when signal level is acceptable for measurement. |
