Outputs calibration signals to jitter meters compatible with
standard, 2X, 4X, 6X and 8X speed CD drives as well as standard-speed
DVD drives.
Modulates three types of jitters internally: Normal random
jitters approximate to actual jitter distribution,sinusoidal
jitters, and rectangular wave jitters.
Adds any types of jitters if signals are input to the external
jitter modulation connector.
Selects or - 3T signal asymmetry.
Selects three output signal levels.
Description
The DCJ-1000 generates 3T rectangular
waves with jitters added for calibration of CD or DVD jittermeters.
It is an ideal calibrator for jitter meters or a signal source
for adjustment on production sites.
