DB-3460 measures the jitter of all T components (3T through 11T and 14T) in RF signal(8/16 modulation signal)‚ and indicates the Sigma value. It is possible to measure not only the binarized signal after slicing but also RF signal before slicing and the picking up output signal directly. Measures the jitter of standard speed and double speed with internal clock signal by input only the RF signal. Displayed the ratio (%) and the time (ns) The measurement value of jitter is displayed the ratio (%) to 1 cycle of the clock. When the clock frequency is 27MHz, the time (ns) is displayed too.
CLOCK input terminal Measurement the jitter of two input of the RF signal and the CLOCK signal is also possible with external CLOCK input terminal. The phase of the CLOCK signal with the RF signal is corrected automatic.
GO/NG judgement Indicates the GO/NG judgement with LED on the front panel.
