Keithley 5809 - Kelvin Clip Lead Set

The Model 5806 Kelvin Clip Lead Set is used to measure four-terminal resistance when you can clip onto wires, axial-leaded components, and other terminals. It is intended for use in low-voltage applications where elimination of probe lead wire resistance is needed. They are ideal for low-level resistance applications (less than 100 Ω).

The miniature blade design accommodates both narrow-width applications and general lighter duty applications. The clips are spring-loaded so they stay attached and provide stability for longer-term monitoring applications.

The ohms current and voltage sensing leads are separately connected to opposing sides of the alligator clips. It is intended for use with instruments that have Kelvin resistance measurement capability, such as the Keithley Instruments Series 2000 or Series 2400.

This lead set includes two probes with larger alligator-style clips, each with opposing blade source and sense connections to color-coded standard safety banana plugs.
