Features: Full scale, 509999 -The highest full-scale count value among 5.5-digit models. (Researched by Iwatsu Test Instruments Corporation in November 2004) Isolated 2CH input, dual display (VOAC7523/7520 only) -Two DC measuring inputs are available. The two channels are isolated from each other. Voltage comparison between two different circuits or potential difference measuring between parts within the same circuit can be easily performed. A single VOAC7523/7520 unit can perform DC voltage measuring that normally requires two units, and thus saves installation space and improves measuring speed. The VOAC7523/7520 also has dual display functions to display measured values for other functions. For example, a change of input cable connections or function switching is required to perform the measuring of different functions with existing single-display multimeters. A single VOAC7523/7520 unit can perform these two types of measurements simultaneously. Dual display -Conventionally, cable disconnection and function switching were required to perform different types of measuring. A single VOAC752x Series unit can perform measuring that requires multiple units to improve measuring efficiency. For example, when measuring power consumption (apparent power, VA), simultaneous measuring and operations of voltage and current enable real-time power measuring. Versatile interface -A RS-232 interface is equipped as standard. In addition, LAN (Ethernet 10BASE-T) or GP-IB interfaces can be selected as options. The Ethernet 10BASE-T interface enables the LAN connections that cover all offices. Unlike GP-IB, the LAN interface is not restricted to a certain distance from the controller, which greatly improves the flexibility of remote control. Long-time interval measurements of 3000 hours -Using interval measurement of 10 ms to 3600 s in combination with data saving functions with up to 3000 time stamps, measurements of 30 sec to 3000 hours can be performed. The time stamp resolution is 10 ms. True RMS measuring -All series models can measure true RMS AC voltage and AC current. Versatile mathematical functions -Decibel operations (dBm, dBµ), scale operations (SCLE), moving averages (AVG), difference operations (REL), statistical operations (MAX, MIN, , s), comparison operations (COMP), and arithmetic calculations between dual functions. DIO (Digital Input/Output) output useful for production lines (option) -Using trigger and open collector outputs in combination with 5-step pass/fail judgment levels, application to production lines is facilitated.

Single VOAC7523/7520 unit, equipped with a 2-channel DC measuring input and dual display, can perform DC voltage measuring that normally requires two units and thus saves installation space and improves measurement speed. The VOAC7522/7523 realizes the high resolution of direct-current voltage measuring at 0.1µV and broad bandwidth of alternating voltage at up to 300kHz.
