The SIMCHECK II LT PLUS memory tester (p/n INN-8558LT-PLUS) combines the best of the SIMCHECK II PLUS and the discontinued SIMCHECK II se PLUS. This test system gives you all the advanced features that SIMCHECK II provides, but without the obsolete 30-pin socket. The SIMCHECK II LT Plus is perfect for testing all popular 168-pin PC133/100/66 SDRAM, EDO/FPM DIMM modules, as well as 72-pin SIMM modules. The entry level SIMCHECK II LT PLUS includes the Sync DIMMCHECK 168's 133MHz test engine, and the SIMCHECK II line's 1nS technology to achieve true 133MHz testing of your SDRAM modules. All the features and benefits of the SIMCHECK II (p/n INN-8558) and the Sync DIMMCHECK 168 (p/n INN-8558-6) are included in the new SIMCHECK II LT PLUS package. All of the optional adapters of SIMCHECK II can be used with the SIMCHECK II LT PLUS.

SIMCHECK Is Powerful, Yet Easy To Use These actual screen images of the SIMCHECK II LT Plus display illustrate its power and ease of use. Clear messages identify good and bad modules. Successful tests result in high pitch beeps, while errors sound low pitch signals. Scrollable error menus provide a graphic display of the error and its associated pin number. Address wiring errors are explicitly shown. Variations from the standard devices are clearly indicated. Structure information at the end of Basic Test indicates which control signals are used! A detailed Test Log including all the test results can be viewed after every test by simply pressing F4. Test Phases: SIMCHECK II LT Plus tests have been expanded, resulting in more detailed test results and better capabilities to isolate errors. BASIC Test quickly checks all the wiring and all the memory cells. Speed shown here is 56nS, Cycle Time is 100nS. EXTENSIVE Test includes many tests that give you more insight into the quality of your memory. AUTO LOOP Test checks the memory with endless changing patterns. It is also perfect for burn-in operation. SINGLE BIT Test checks each bit by itself, to minimize interference and to expand error information. Setup: Menus for setup and other operations are clear and interactive. Graphic setup of timing parameters will please most advanced users. Detailed setup list keeps track of all (optional) changes you made to the default program.

SIMCHECK II PLUS tests 168-pin SDRAM/EDO/FPM DIMM modules, and 72- and 30-pin SIMM EDO/FPM modules. The SIMCHECK II LT base tester is identical to SIMCHECK II but has only one test socket for 72-pin SIMMs (an optional adapter is available for 30-pin SIMM modules).
The SIMCHECK II LT PLUS comes without carrying case (the carrying case is available at an extra cost).
