Terms and Open accounts are available for qualified institutions and companies.
To apply for terms simply download our credit application and fax it back or attach your standard credit/bank sheet when placing your PO.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards.
Company Check, COD*, Money Order, and Bank Transfer also accepted.
*Note: There are restrictions on COD orders. We can only take COD on orders up to $3,000.

Pricing on this web site is in U.S. funds.
Minimum Orders
Minimum export order is U.S. $100.00, F.O.B. shipping point.
Canada, U.S. Possessions, Embassies and U.S. Government Installations are exempt from the minimum order requirement.
Payment Terms
Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance of shipment by certified check, bank draft, wire transfer, or Credit Card*.
*For International non-USA/non-Canadian credit card orders, we will need both of the following documents faxed to us:
- Your credit card billing statement
- A copy of the front and back of your credit card
Your order will NOT be processed until this information is received.
We will only ship to the address shown on your credit card statement, which will be verified by the card-issuing bank. You can either fax us this information at 732-222-7088 or email it to orders@tequipment.net.

Please Notify us by email or fax when the transfer is made so we can track your payment and process it in a timely manner.
Letters of Credit
Payment may be made by confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit provided order for export is more than U.S. $35000.00, F.O.B. shipping point. Letter of Credit must be payable at sight, valid for at least 90 days from date of issue, with all bank charges to the account of the buyer.

Term of Sale
Standard export quotation pricing is F.O.B. shipping point, at which point legal title and responsibility for goods is transferred to the buyer. C&F, C.I.F. and F.A.S. quotation will be offered upon request. Charges for insurance and shipping will be added to the invoice unless other arangements were made. A handling charge will apply for special consular certification, export documentation or special packaging for sea freight. Buyer is responsible for tariffs or import duties. We urge you to investigate these fees before you place your order. We will not accept back or refund packages on the ground that you were not aware of these fee. Any taxes or shipping fees that go unpaid will automatically be charged to your account.

We primarily ship UPS and FedEx. Other services are available upon request. Shipping varies per item but we try our best to charge exact shipping prices.
Overnight, 2nd day, and priority shipping is available on most items. Contact us if you have any questions.
USPS- If you ship using the United States Post Office please be aware you do this at your own risk. The post office is usually very good at getting you the product. The two big problems are tracking your package and putting in claims for lost products. It can take up to 4 months for the post office to resolve your claim. We cannot issue a refund before the post office finishes their investigation. To avoid this problem, pick a different shipper.
All express orders, overnight, second day, and three day deliveries placed over the internet or fax must be placed by 1:30 pm eastern standard time for it to ship that day.*

Express orders needing a Saturday delivery must be called in to ensure proper shipping time.
Express shipping guarantees do not cover US postal shipments. Postal shipments require a trip to the post office which is done every few days. To guarantee overnight, and 2nd day orders please use UPS. We will however make every effort to ship postal orders as soon as we get them.
We will still try to ship out your order if you place it after the times listed above, but please call to guarantee that it will go out that day.
We ship only on standard business days. Example: You order is placed overnight delivery on Saturday, your package will ship on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.
* Shipping is subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the selected shipping company.
