The New Model 3100 is a 4 digit dual-range 5000 count auto ranging LCD meter with full pushbutton operation.
This instrument is ideal for sorting capacitors and in-circuit component measuring. Individual measuring ranges are not necessary because of the auto
ranging function. The model 3100 features 10 special functions; static recording, data hold, relative setting, auto power off, display auto power off, display
annunciation, tolerance mode, audible alert mode, set mode and communication function, and optional RS-232 serial port.
