Description:

The LLC Option replaces the normal leakage current range on our HT-2000, HT-2800 and HT-3000 production hipot testers for a much lower range.

The customer can specify a range of interest with a 20:1 span, with 10uA being the lowest measurable leakage current trip point. These are examples of valid leakage current trip point ranges that can be specified:

  • 10uA - 200uA
  • 50uA - 1 mA
  • 100 uA - 2 mA

Please note that the new current trip range replaces the standard current range.
