Option HO adds the Front Panel High Voltage Receptacle and Lead found on the HT-3000 to the HT-2000 or HT-2800. This option allows testing either from the standard NEMA 15R receptacle or from the high voltage lead. When testing with the High Voltage Lead, the Ground Check switch on the rear panel of the hipot tester must be turned OFF.

The receptacle is mounted directly below the orange NEMA 15R receptacle on the front panel.
