Switchable 3-Position
1x/10x/REF Probes
Select the attenuation needed, 1x or 10x: and in the case of this
unique family, a REF position. REF disconnects the probe's tip
and grounds the oscilloscope's input. This allows for convenient
ground leveling. This family includes our most popular probe CT2674A.
